Phi Kappa Theta proudly announces the launch of its volunteer training program, the (iServe) Institute.
Phi Kappa Theta’s newly revised mission states that our Fraternity actively develops men to be effective leaders who passionately serve their society, fraternity and God. At one time in our lives, namely our days as an undergraduate and active member of our respective chapters, we needed the fraternity to teach us about our Ideals and the value of relationships through brotherhood. Today, more than ever, the purpose of Phi Kappa Theta is absolutely relevant but our members are very easily distracted with our busy society and lose focus of the role of the fraternity. Our young undergraduates need our experienced alumni to offer them guidance and support. The Fraternity’s National Headquarters invites you to explore how you can serve the Fraternity by becoming more involved with our active members and contributing to the long-term success and future of Phi Kappa Theta. Our vision is that we can identify the skills, talents and interests of each individual alumnus and find an appropriate role that is sensitive to your time, wants and abilities.
To be held during summer’s Leadership Institute, the (iServe) Institute is designed to provide volunteers the essentials necessary to effectively serve in Phi Kappa Theta’s (iServe) Network.
The (iServe) Institute has been developed through the partnership between Phi Kappa Theta and the North American Interfraternity Conference. The (iServe) Institute is a values based education program that includes training on the following topics:
- Understanding Values Based Organizations and Volunteer Challenges
- Understanding the Culture of today’s Collegiate Member
- Creating a Coaching Culture
- Navigating Conflict through Values
- Creating Change and Commitment
If you wish to become an active member of Phi Kappa Theta’s (iServe) Network, register for this summer’s Leadership Institute today!
