NOTES:

(1) Late Membership Rosters & Summer Officer Forms carry a $100 Fine.

(2) Suspensions for delinquent Insurance occur 30 days after the due date.

(3) We accept Expulsion, Suspension, and withdrawal paperwork at any time. However, in order to receive Roster & Invoice credit, we must receive the complete paperwork by October 15th or March 1st.
