“People are not your most valuable asset, the right people are your most valuable asset.”
– Jim Collins
Phi Kappa Theta has made a commitment to provide the essential life skills required for every collegiate member to live out our Mission in their daily lives. In order to meet this challenge, Phi Kappa Theta has developed its (iServe) Network - a coalition of trained volunteers, professionals, alumni, and collegiate members – to deliver on this commitment. Individuals who become leaders within the (iServe) Network will do so because they posses the right character, for it is their character that will help them make the right decisions.
The (iServe) Network is designed to allow interested individuals to become engaged with the Fraternity in a role that best fits their personal talents and the demands of their existing life’s schedule. Those individuals who have made the commitment to serving in the Network find meaningful relationships with both our collegiate members and others who are serving the Phi Kappa Theta. There are a number of ways individuals may become involved with the (iServe) Network:
- Board of Trustees – alumni volunteers who serve as the governing body of the Fraternity
- Professional Staff – team of professional staff members who serve the entire membership of the Fraternity
- Regional Support Network – a team of volunteer staff members who serve as advisors to collegiate members within a designated geographic region. The country is separated into twelve regions, each supported by a Regional Director and five Assistant Directors.
- Local Advisory Boards – a team of volunteer staff members serving as coaches for the collegiate members at a specific chapter.
- Regional Alumni Associations – a formal community of members within a specific geographic region who to serve their society, fraternity, and God
- Chapter Specific Alumni Associations – a formal community of members who provide financial and morale support to collegiate members at a specific chapter
- Chapter Housing Corporations – a formal corporation of members who serve as owners/landlords for Phi Kappa Theta owned property
- Undergraduate Advisory Committee – a committee of collegiate members from each of the six provinces throughout the country elected by their peers to represent the best interests of the members within their respective region
