The National Headquarters serves as the central offices for the professional staff and houses the Fraternity’s extensive archival history. The professional staff is responsible for the development and implementation of programs that deliver Phi Kappa Theta’s Mission successfully to its members. There are more than thirty international fraternity and sorority headquarters located in and around Indianapolis, IN. Indianapolis is also the location for the headquarters of the Association of Fraternity Advisors, the Fraternity Executives Association, and the North American Interfraternity Conference. With so many members of the Greek Community headquartered in and around Indianapolis, Phi Kappa Theta has benefited from its strong interfraternal relationships through the networking of ideas and resources with these fraternal partners.
