• Excellence in Leadership Award – For Phi Kaps who serve as IFC President or an elected student government office.
• Undergraduate Interfraternity Institute (UIFI) Scholarship – For Phi Kaps who desire to become stronger leaders in their chapter and entire Greek community. Scholarship pays for registration to this program which is sponsored by the North-American Interfraternity Conference.
